What's the maximum payload your artic can carry?

Our articulated lorries run to 44 tonnes gross vehicle weight. Net payload varies depending on the trailer configuration, but typically around 24,000–26,000kg. For very heavy consignments close to these limits, give us the exact weight and we'll confirm.

Do your lorries have curtainsides for forklift loading?

Yes — curtainsider trailers are available, which allow side loading by counterbalance or reach forklift. We also have box trailers and tail-lift options. Tell us what loading equipment is available at your site and we'll match the trailer type.

What if my load is an abnormal or oversize consignment?

Call us to discuss it. Depending on dimensions and weight, specialist permits and route planning may be required. We'll be honest about whether it's something we can handle directly or whether it needs a specialist abnormal load operator.
