How long does UK to Amsterdam actually take on a direct vehicle?

Realistically, 8 to 12 hours from collection depending on port crossing times and where in Amsterdam the delivery is. Morning collection in the North East can mean same-day or early next-morning delivery in the Netherlands. We'll give you a specific estimate when you book based on current crossing times.

What customs paperwork do I need to provide?

We'll need from you: a commercial invoice with accurate values and commodity codes, a packing list, and your EORI number if you have one. If you're not sure about commodity codes or you haven't exported since Brexit, call us before booking — sorting this properly before the vehicle leaves is much easier than fixing it at the border.

Can you do same-day European bookings?

For near-Continent destinations — Netherlands, Belgium, northern France — yes, same-day bookings are often possible. Further destinations need more planning time, particularly around port crossing slots. Call us as early as possible if it's urgent.
