Pallet Delivery Service UK
Full Loads, Part Loads, Same Day If You Need It
Pallet delivery sounds simple until something goes wrong — a pallet that arrives damaged because it was handled badly at a depot, a delivery that missed its window because your consignment was at the back of a shared trailer, a driver who couldn't get to the loading bay because nobody told him there was no forklift on site. We've heard all of it from clients who came to us after a bad experience elsewhere.
Our pallet delivery service is direct. The vehicle we send is matched to your load — right size, right configuration, right kit on board. We confirm collection times we can actually hit, and we don't make excuses when something goes wrong; we sort it.

What We Carry — Standard Pallets to Oversize
Standard Euro pallets (1200 x 800mm) and UK pallets (1200 x 1000mm) are our everyday bread and butter. We also handle non-standard configurations — oversize loads, awkward dimensions, consignments that don't sit neatly on a standard pallet footprint.

The Vehicles We Use for Pallet Jobs
We match the vehicle to the pallet count and weight, not the other way round. Sending a 14-tonne lorry for 2 pallets wastes your money. Trying to squeeze 8 pallets into a Luton van is a problem waiting to happen.
-
Luton box van — 6 standard pallets, tail-lift available
-
7.5 tonne curtainsider or box — up to 8 standard pallets
-
18 tonne rigid — up to 14 standard pallets, side or rear loading
-
Artic lorry — 26+ pallets, full trailer loads
Same Day Pallet Collection — Yes, It's Possible
Most pallet networks work on next-day or two-day timescales because they're running shared loads through depots. We don't. If you need a pallet collected and delivered today — whether that's Newcastle to Leeds, Gateshead to Birmingham, or anywhere else on the UK mainland — call us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can do it and what it costs.
Tail-Lift Vehicles — Always Ask if You Need One
If you don't have a loading dock or a forklift at your collection or delivery point, you need a tail-lift vehicle. It's a straightforward request — just mention it when you book. We have tail-lift options across the fleet.
North East to Anywhere — Our Regular Pallet Routes
We're based in the North East, so Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland, Middlesbrough, and County Durham collections are quick and easy for us to turn around. Nationally, we run regular time-critical routes to Leeds, Sheffield, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, London, Bristol, and Edinburgh.
